Can I check-in before 15:00?
Check-in time starts from 15:00.
Can I check-in after 18:00?
Yes, check-in time is until 23:00. We ask you to let us know beforehand if you wish to check-in after 23:00.
Can I store my luggage after check-out?
Yes, you can keep your luggage until 20:00 of your check-out date.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, but 10% deposit (non-refundable) will be charged for all bookings except peak season (100% / non-refundable).
For reservation modifications, please let us know up to 5 days before your check-in date. 100% of the booking amount will be charged for modification within 5 days, or a no show.
Can I extend my stay?
We are happy to extend your stay if we have available rooms. Please inquire us beforehand by email or telephone.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my arrival?
Yes, we ask you to provide us the date and time of your luggage delivery. Please also include your reservation name/check-in date on the delivery slip.
